About Attorney Irwin M. Avelino

Attorney Avelino is committed solely to the practice of immigration law. It is his mission to help his clients achieve their immigration goals and provide them with the BEST customer service experience.

Attorney Avelino was born in 1973 in the Bay Area of Northern California.  His father was born in Davao City and raised in Cavite, Philippines.  His father, who went against his own father’s wishes by not pursuing a career in engineering in the Philippines, instead dreamt of a life full of traveling and adventure and therefore joined the U.S. Navy.  While stationed in Japan, his father met his mother and they were soon married.  They themselves would eventually go through the immigration process into the United States.

As a first-generation American of both Filipino and Japanese descent, Attorney Avelino has compassion for those who wish to come to the United States in search of a better life for themselves and to be able to provide even a better life for their children.

He became an Attorney because he wanted to help those who needed the most help.
